I know you are not here trying to recruit a star football player as the image suggests, but you should consider the analogy. Every successful team, has good teammates. The question is, how to find them.
With decades of experience in business, and our advisors decades of experience in HR, we know what to look for in good team members. And since expanding services again back in late 2021, we have been on the road to get dialed in with our process of "locating the quality" so employers do not waste time and money on the wrong ones.
In talking with some of our clients, they say they have two major challenges in hiring. One is the time it takes to onboard a new employee. The second, is the amount of time wasted on new hires that leave within one year. This data gave us focus in developing our process in selecting candidates that prove to be a solid return on investment. That is what we have to look at our staffing as in business, it is the most important investment a business will make in my opinion. To that point, we work to create value for employers who hire 4E Consulting so the return on investment is seen immediately.
We are now scheduling meetings with perspective clients for this service as we expect a solid response from our existing clients. For this, we do not know how much available time we will have after March so we wanted to present this now in hopes to attract some new clients for this service offering.
